This is a key role providing analytical support to executives, forecasting, variance analysis, and sophisticated financial modeling.In this highly visible role, you will develop expert working knowledge of the business and its relationship to financial performance, serving as a subject matter expert.What you’ll do:Provide analytical support to executives on a project and ad hoc basisDevelop financial updates to executive leadershipSupport of the investor relations team and other internal stakeholdersPartner across finance stakeholders to understand business driversLead a variety of projects to simplify and automate existing processesContribute to broader team & cross functional deliverablesWho you are:8+ years of FP&A experience with increasing responsibilityAdvanced analytic, modeling, forecasting and presentation skillsHigh level intellectual curiosity, strong sense of ownership and passion for deliveryExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of managementResults driven and highly motivated, with the ability to think big and smallAbility to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiencesPassion for using data to drive better decision-makingComfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
