seeking a fellowship-trained Electrophysiologist
to join the highly skilled cardiac team at
South Shore University Hospital
located in Bay Shore, New York.Northwell Health’s Department of Cardiology has seen tremendous growth over the past five years within Long Island, New York City, and Westchester, with the goal of providing comprehensive, integrated health care and wellness services. South Shore University Hospital has become a destination for residents in Suffolk County who are in need of world-class care. In fact, more people choose South Shore University Hospital for complex heart and lung care than any other hospital on the east end of Long Island.Responsibilities:Perform all aspects of cardiac and cardiac surgical care.Conduct EP diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including Atrial Fibrillation ablation, Endo and Epi VT ablation, CRT, Leadless pacing, and lead extraction.Participate in device and ablation trials, providing access to cutting-edge technology.The ideal candidate
will be Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology and Electrophysiology with training and experience in complex ablations.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. In addition, an academic appointment with The Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell is commensurate with credentials and experience.
