As the VP of Product, you will be responsible for defining and driving our product strategy forward with a particular focus on building a direct and engaging relationship with our end users to drive loyalty and retention. In this critical role, you will lead both the product management and design teams, working closely with the Global Chief Product Officer to shape the future of our products to ensure we deliver exceptional value to our users.
You will be hands-on and will develop and execute a product and design strategy that enhances our user experience across all platforms, creating a compelling product offering that builds a loyal and engaged user base. You will foster an innovative, fast moving and rapid validation mindset to ensure we are equipped to bring new products, features and experiences to market quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that supports Ziff Davis Shopping's business objectives.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing product management and design teams. Encourage creativity, excellence and a ‘fail fast’ mindset, leveraging rapid validation techniques and strategies that ensure we get our products and features to market fast.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data and analytics to inform product and design decisions, identify trends, and optimize product performance. Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, user feedback, and market research.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure every opportunity to drive success is explored, coordinated and delivered.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and ensure RetailMeNot remains a market leader. Identify and act on emerging opportunities and potential threats.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Leadership Experience:
10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the e-commerce, digital savings, or online marketplace sectors is highly desirable.
Strategic Vision:
Strong ability to develop and articulate a long-term product vision and strategy. Proven track record of driving product and design innovation and achieving business results quickly.
Analytical & Data-Driven:
Deep understanding of data analysis, A/B testing, and user research. Ability to leverage data to make informed product and design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and present to senior leadership.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
An obsession for identifying new opportunities, taking calculated risks, failing fast and rapidly driving innovation. Taking complete ownership of our product offering with the ability to think creatively and move fast.
