As the

Director of MSP Sales,

you’ll play a pivotal role in leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of Account Executives to achieve their goals while fostering collaboration and optimizing partnership effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the team to develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, driving mutual value and growth.

Develop and implement the overall sales strategy in line with the company's objectives and business goals.

Establish strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Lead sales efforts for large opportunities.

Implement training plans and conduct training on sales skills, forecasting, Meddpicc, etc.

Measure sales performance and KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

Provide regular reports to senior leadership on success metrics, team performance, and overall progress.

Share feedback and insights with the product and marketing teams to influence future product development and marketing strategies.

Within 1 month, you will:

Get acquainted with our customers, teams, and current strategies

Begin to mentor and guide the sales team.

Start developing the overall sales strategy in line with the company's objectives and business goals.

Within 3 months, you will:

Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Lead sales strategy for large opportunities.

Implement training plans and conduct training on sales skills, forecasting, Meddpicc, etc

Implement methods to measure partner performance and KPIs.

Within 6 months, you will:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Evaluate and monitor partner performance and KPIs.

Develop and present regular reports to senior leadership on partner success metrics, team performance, and overall progress toward the companies' goals.

Share feedback and insights with the product and marketing teams to influence future product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Director of MSP Sales, or a similar role at a growing company.

Proven experience in Managed Services and Cybersecurity from a growing organization

Strong understanding of sales principles, best practices, and strategies.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with CRM systems, and business intelligence tools (We use HubSpot, and PowerBI).

A results-driven mindset, being self-motivated, and possessing excellent organizational skills will enable you to meet and exceed sales targets.

Compensation Range: $185K - $210K
