What You Will Do:The Program Evaluation Lead will support program evaluation and data analytics tasks during the design, implementation, analysis, and report-writing phases.

Responsibilities may include:

Support the principal investigator in designing evaluations

Develop data collection instruments

Prepare Office of Management and Budget Paperwork Reduction Act clearance packages

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data

Prepare evaluation report and present findings

What You Will Need:

Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust

Bachelor's degree and SEVEN (7) years of experience in social sciences, program evaluation, or evidence-based policy making. OR Master's degree and FIVE (5) years of experience in social sciences, program evaluation, or evidence-based policy making.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Project Management experience

Familiarity with The Evidence Act

Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong skills using Microsoft products
