We’re seeking a future team member for the role of

Senior Vice President, Relationship Management

to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in the office), and can be located out of our Houston, TX office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of Public Finance (Municipal) and/or Corporate Clients and prospect for new business.

Actively pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and new prospects within the assigned territory, predominately made up of Texas and surrounding states.

Help reshape and maintain our Paying Agency business which will require both prospecting and administrative responsibilities.

Conduct in-depth industry research to maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.

Collaborate with internal teams (Product Managers, Transaction Managers, Client Service) and firm-wide resources (marketing, legal, compliance) to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and risk management activities.

Track and report on opportunities, calling activities, and deal pipeline to provide reports to management identifying trends and opportunities.

Independently generating leads through industry research, prospecting, and initiating contact with potential clients.

Serve in a consultative capacity, advising top leadership on achieving their strategic goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

7-10 years of experience in Relationship Management, with 5-7 years of Corporate Trust experience.

Strong understanding of the marketplace, competitive landscape, and industry drivers in the relevant region preferred.

Demonstrated ability to independently develop leads and initiate contact with industry leaders.

Experience in evaluating prospects by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, growth potential, and financials.

Ability to work closely with internal teams and firm-wide resources to secure mandates effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
