This role requires the student to work full time (40 hours a week), in a hybrid work structure throughout the duration of the co-op/intern term.Duration:

Spring Term: January 2025 to May 2025Summer Term: May 2025 to September 2025

What You Will Be Doing:Supporting Product Development Engineers in characterization and building production test programs through parametric, data, and statistical analysis.Performing engineering and correlation studies to ensure yield, coverage, and meet target goals to initiate production ramp.Working with multi-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and improve efficiency.Building and maintaining technical documents, debugging manufacturing and characterization test programs for next-generation AMD microprocessors.Participating in product debug and characterization to identify product performance, process, and test sensitivities.Who We Are Looking For:Currently enrolled in a United States-based University in an Undergraduate program majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.If you have knowledge/experience with any of the following technical skills (or related areas) and are enthusiastic about this role, we strongly encourage you to apply:C++, Linux, Perl, Ruby, shell script, Java or similar.GIT, SVN, CVS, RCS or similar.XP, AGILE, Scrum, or Kanban programming paradigms.Logic analyzers, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and debug.Solid understanding of transistors and computer basics.Courses in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Logic, Circuit Theory, Computer Architecture.Note:
