Job Summary and QualificationsThe Division Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Affairs will lead the direction and coordination of strategic communications, marketing, and community engagement.

What you will do in this role:

Consult with key leaders to define and address communication needs.

Coordinate with division-level and facility-based communications teams.

Monitor major issues and develop communication strategies to address them.

Work with the leadership and communication team to manage crisis communications.

Leverage understanding of Division, Facility, and service line growth objectives.

Collaborate with Division and Facility leadership to understand business needs.

Present monthly reports on all Division marketing activities.

Clearly articulate and champion the HCA Enterprise brand strategy.

Partner with the Division AVP, Community Engagement to manage community engagement plans.

Represent the Division at key community functions and events.

Support the Division to forge mutually beneficial relationships vital to the healthcare systems’ growth.

Some travel may be required, up to 25%.

Qualifications you will need:

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a related position/field.
