litigation associate
with experience in
landlord-tenant
issues such as unlawful detainer, eviction, and lender defense.Key responsibilities include:Responsibility for landlord-tenant matters from filing to resolutionWork closely with clients and team membersThorough knowledge of California Civil ProceduresRequirements:Three or more years of experience handling general litigation, landlord-tenant, eviction, unlawful detainer or lender defense litigation from inception through trialThorough knowledge of California civil procedure lawHighlights:Competitive compensation & benefits, including commission for business developmentCollegial environment & reasonable billable hour requirement to foster work-life balanceHybrid roleLong-term opportunitySalary Range:
