Vice President of Finance , you'll be the strategic architect of our financial success, leading and scaling our financial operations alongside building a best-in-class accounting infrastructure.Lead the ChargeDevelop and implement a comprehensive finance strategy, optimizing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all accounting and finance functions, including multi-state billing processes for our direct services and SaaS B2B products.Oversee the entire accounting operation, ensuring timely, precise financial reporting, with expertise in journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and internal controls, considering the unique financial nuances of direct services, telehealth, and SaaS products.Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate business strategy into financial models, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, factoring in the financial implications of our diversified business model (direct services, telehealth, SaaS B2B) and multi-state operations.Foster a collaborative culture within the finance team, building strong relationships with business partners across direct services, telehealth, and SaaS B2B segments to create scalable processes and best practices, considering multi-state complexities.Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with executives to build and maintain Frontera Health's financial models, considering the financial impact of our diversified business model (direct services, telehealth, SaaS B2B) and multi-state operations.Manage treasury and banking relationships, ensuring adherence to investment and cash policies, while navigating multi-state financial obligations for all our business segments (direct services, telehealth, SaaS B2B).Own employee stock options, 409A valuations, and other stock administration functions, ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations.Lead internal audits across all entities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and driving continuous process improvement, with a focus on multi-state regulations.Who You AreCPA or MBA with 10+ years of experience in a high-growth healthcare or technology company, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of scaling financial operations and building high-performing accounting teams in a company with a diversified business model (similar to direct services, telehealth, and SaaS B2B).Deep understanding of GAAP, financial modeling, multi-state tax and compliance regulations, and the unique financial considerations of direct services, telehealth, and SaaS B2B products.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic financial analysis and navigating complex multi-state financial challenges in a diversified business model.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex financial information for diverse audiences.Experience implementing and managing accounting systems, including multi-state billing solutions for direct services and SaaS B2B products.Passionate about building and optimizing financial processes to support business growth, with a focus on multi-state efficiency for our diversified business model.Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Adaptable and resourceful with a can-do attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on.Healthcare experience, particularly in pediatrics or behavioral health, is a plus.We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities.
