Pay Rate:

$40/hr.

Minimum Requirements:

One year of full-time paid work experience with supervision of employees, development, oversight, and/or supervision of programs or services and financial management of an organization. A letter on letterhead from a previous employer with contact information is required for verification. Resumes are not accepted.

One year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) paid work experience in the provision of specialized services to persons with developmental disabilities. A letter on letterhead from a previous employer with contact information is required for verification. Resumes are not accepted.

Documentation from a County Board, Medical Professional, or Individual’s ISP to show the applicant has 4 years of experience providing care to a family member with a developmental disability.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma or certificate of high school equivalence and either:

Four years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) paid work experience as a supervisor of specialized services. A letter on letterhead from a previous employer with contact information is required for verification. Resumes are not accepted.

Responsibilities:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Oversees the management of all staff. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the organization. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring; planning and assigning work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Compliance Responsibilities:

Ensures all documentation is correct, up to date, and organized including HPC Forms, MAR’s, MUI/UI Reports, Client Charts, and Employee Folders. Reports MUI/UI’s in a timely and efficient manner. Maintains good communication with DODD, Auditors, SSA’s, Guardians, and employees.
