Darigold is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is the process by which Darigold’s business strategy is operationalized and deployed into the business for execution. The Business Analyst supports the Director of Supply Chain Planning to ensure that Darigold executes a highly effective and efficient IBP process in driving superior business results.The ideal candidate is one who possesses both the ability to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into data as well as contribute effectively across a wide range of business topics such as product portfolio management, demand planning, supply planning and financial reconciliation. This is a high visibility role that must influence without authority by demonstrating strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills, one-to-one interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization, including the executive team and must be able to convert complex data into meaningful and actionable insights in reports and presentations.What You Will Do:Develop and manage the IBP business model and associated reporting in support of monthly IBP meetings.Develop and manage decision support tools for use by the Supply Planning, FP&A, Sales and Portfolio teams.Own the design, development, and maintenance of Supply and Demand Planning tools using SQL, advanced Excel, and/or Power BI.Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.Convert data into meaningful visualizations that provide insight into business operations and results.Manage focused improvement projects and initiatives as assigned.Ad hoc business analysis and reporting as assigned.Administer PowerBI data gateway for Supply Chain Planning team.Assist in training and education of key IBP concepts.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or another quantitative field.3+ years of experience working in quantitative field or role.2+ years of experience using PowerBI.1+ years of experience using SQL for use in data manipulation and extraction.2+ years of experience using Power Pivot.Demonstrated success building decision support tools and/or spreadsheet models used for business analysis.Advanced working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, managing external data connections, PowerPivot, Power Query, mapping).Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts.Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with a wide range of audiences professionally and efficiently.Strong one-to-one interpersonal skills and organizationally savvy to influence without authority to drive completion of critical tasks.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.Detailed oriented and action oriented with excellent follow through and organization.Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.Ability to prioritize competing tasks.Nice to Have:Working knowledge of IBP conceptsFamiliarity with financial conceptsFamiliarity with supply, demand, and inventory planning conceptsBenefits of Working at Darigold:We understand that as an employee, benefits that support you and your family in and out of work are important.
