The Vice President of People will have a strong focus on strategic recruiting, employee relations, talent management, and driving training and development programs that will be crucial to Moultrie’s long-term success.Responsibilities:Mentor and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional service.Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent for various roles within Moultrie.Build and manage a comprehensive employee training and development program, including role-specific skills development, general professional development, and leadership development.Develop processes for identifying, recognizing, and rewarding talent and achievement through annual performance review and promotion processes.Manage compensation programs to attract and retain high-performing employees.Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational growth.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (10+ years) in senior HR leadership or professional development roles.5+ years experience leading HR best practices, including employment law and regulatory compliance.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results.We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
