As we expand our online presence, we're seeking a talented and motivated Digital/eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our team.The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our online growth through strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical individual with a strong background in eCommerce, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and social media marketing. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will eventually have the opportunity to manage and mentor a content creator, shaping the brand's voice and visual identity across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and brand awareness.Manage and optimize eCommerce campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.Oversee the creation, execution, and performance analysis of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Mentor and manage a content creator to produce compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand.Qualifications:Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on eCommerce and SEO.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and social media marketing.
