We are actively seeking a motivated
Entry Level Marketing Assistant
to join our dynamic team. This position is an essential part of our marketing and advertising department, offering hands-on training in basic marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. The role starts at the entry level, with the opportunity to advance to a team lead position in the marketing department. The Marketing Assistant reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned marketing campaignsCustomer Acquisition & Retention: Support efforts to attract and retain customers, ensuring high levels of satisfactionClient Interaction: Manage the needs of external customers, providing expert service and supportSales Promotion: Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns and experiential marketing effortsBrand Recognition: Build brand recognition through local events, working closely with the Brand Ambassador teamsCustomer Interaction: Interact and communicate effectively with customers, identifying their needs and qualifying them for in-store servicesLead Generation: Conduct lead generation activities, maintaining and developing a client base for our in-store servicesProject Support: Aid marketing and advertising associates and senior staff with specific client-related projects
Qualifications:
Work Schedule: Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends for special eventsIndependent & Team Work: Excel in both unsupervised solo assignments and collaborative team projectsTravel: Willingness to travel at least 1-2 weeks per year for further trainingCommunication: Excellent communication skillsWork Environment: Thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environmentEducation: 2 or 4-year college degree in a related fieldSkills: Self-starter, creative thinker, and problem solver
