but some in office days for meetings etc.OVERVIEWThe Director of Influencer and Affiliate Marketing will oversee the strategy, development, and execution of all social media marketing for B2C consumer products. This will include all organic owned social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and any social shopping initiatives on these platforms. The role will also lead content development for paid media campaigns and work closely with the paid media team to ensure consistent, high-performing paid social assets.Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand values and business goals. Drive upper/mid-funnel performance metrics including EMV, impressions, followers, and engagement.Content Creation:

Oversee the creation of engaging and educational content for all social media platforms. Manage internal and external content creators to ensure a steady pipeline of content for all owned channels. Provide relevant content to the paid media.Audience Engagement:

Create a strong connection with the online community through active engagement.Social Shopping:

Optimize social selling for key commerce.Influencer Collaboration:

Partner with the influencer team to ensure high-performing, on-brand content for owned and earned channels. Work closely with the ambassador program to ensure consistent community messaging.Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and strategies, using data-driven insights to continually improve.Team Leadership:

Build and manage a high-performing social media team, setting clear goals and expectations for each team member.Budget Management:

Responsible for the social media budget, optimizing spending to achieve the best results.Qualifications:At least 4 years of experience in social media marketing -

a must .Strong communication and leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience managing people.In-depth experience in consumer-based

D2C/B2C products

a must .In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and social marketing trends.Proven track record of driving social KPIs through content strategy, platform management, collaboration with influencer teams, and content creation.Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
