Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead projects within the CPG account. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for maintaining, tuning, and upgrading existing solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of reports for customer teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the CPG industry and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing solutions for the customer teams.
Analyze business needs and develop solutions to provide actionable insights into the CPG business.
Lead a small team of consultants, translating business requirements into actionable plans and ensuring successful project execution.
Effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, understanding and addressing their business needs.
Demonstrate proficiency in requirement gathering, project planning, and team management to ensure project success.
Utilize expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI to create informative solutions.
Apply knowledge of data harmonization tools such as Knime and Dataflows to integrate and streamline data from various data sources.
Leverage expertise in CPG business tools and applications to enhance project outcomes and deliver value to the business.
Qualifications:
Previous experience of working on projects with CPG clients (2-3 years), with a proven track record of managing projects and delivering solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop insights and strategies based on data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in data visualization and harmonization tools (Microsoft Suite of applications preferred).
Preferred experience with CPG business applications (Data providers like Nielsen, IRI, Kantar etc.).
Knowledge of automation tools (KNIME, Python, R) preferred.
Mandatory Skills:
Excel, PowerBI, KNIME, Nielsen Applications, Retailer Analytics.
Pay:The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $81,000 - $159,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
Benefits:As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
