DashMart is a new team at DoorDash focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers’ doorsteps.About the Role

We’re looking to hire a Vendor Sourcing Senior Specialist who will lead supplier sourcing and vendor initiatives for the DashMart business. The Senior Specialist will work closely with internal supply chain, inventory, and assortment team partners to support the business by identifying new vendor opportunities, managing vendor performance, deep diving key metrics, and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.Responsibilities

Source strategic product by identifying and onboarding new vendor opportunities, including regional vendors and distributors.Manage vendor relationships, analyze vendor performance, and work with vendors to improve defects.Collaborate with category teams to understand new product types’ procurement needs.Utilize tools such as Excel to dive deep and bridge metrics, and determine appropriate action plans to drive vendor performance.About You

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.$22 — $32.40 USDAbout DoorDash
