Objective:

As the Chief Medical Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the standards of care for Lindora are current, compliant with all regulations and distributed to all medical directors. Each Lindora studio will have their own Medical Director and this position will not directly oversee any open studio or staff that is providing patient care. The Chief Medical Officer will update any changes to existing SOCs, Physicians Orders and protocols and ensure these are implemented in the field. They will also work with our supplier network on sourcing sterile medications and evaluate new product offerings for our food, beverage and supplement lines of retail items, and responsible for research and development. The ideal candidate will have a passion and education around obesity medicine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide clinical education support to any Medical Director requesting information on Lindora programs.

Write/update any Informed Consents, Standards of Care, Scope of Practice, Standing Orders for current and future Lindora programs.

Work with Director of Education on all clinical training programs to ensure Nurse Practitioners and LVN/LPNs/ Medical Assistants are onboarded properly.

Maintain vendor relationships with all suppliers including but not limited to: 503B/503A Pharmacies, Commercial Medical Distributors, Food/Supplement manufacturers and Blood Panel suppliers.

Participate in monthly in-person franchise prospect meetings to give an overview of the Lindora program.

Host monthly education calls with field and franchise prospects.

The spokesperson for public relations/ media opportunities.

Staying up to date on current practices for obesity medicine.

Working with the executive team to roll out initiatives (Sales, Marketing and Operations).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

MD/DO

Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OBGYN (or equivalent to) ABOM eligible and/or certified

Active DEA

Board Certification in obesity medicine (Eligible or Board Certified).
