This role is crucial in shaping our growth trajectory, entering new markets, and forging partnerships that will define the next chapter of our success story. Strategic Partnerships: Forge and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and clients. You’ll be the face of our company in strategic discussions and negotiations.

Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing business development team. You’ll be a coach and a leader, empowering your team to achieve extraordinary results.

Innovation Catalyst: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure our offerings meet market needs and stand out from the competition.

Data-Driven Decisions: Use market insights, competitive analysis, CRM data, and performance metrics to make informed decisions that drive growth and adapt to the ever-changing energy landscape. Be a champion of data, supporting the VP of Sales in creating a data-based culture while leveraging analytics and KPIs to make educated decisions.

Client Advocate: Serve as the voice of the customer within our organization, ensuring that our growth strategies align with client needs and expectations.

Culture Champion: Embody EPE’s culture through our Mission, Vision, Purpose, and Values. You ensure that values are reflected in daily work and participate in company culture-building activities, walk-the-talk on culture, commitment, and quality.

QualificationsBring your passion, here's what’s needed:

Experience and Deep Industry Knowledge: Minimum of 10 years in business development (preferably consulting services) selling to Developers and Renewable Energy Markets. Strong understanding of clean energy transition, electric utilities, project developers for renewables, battery energy storage as well as other emerging technologies.

Visionary Leadership: You see the bigger picture and know how to align people, processes, and strategies to achieve it. You’re a natural leader who can inspire and mobilize teams around common goals.
