Should have substantive legal knowledge and experience with all aspects of relevant law; requirements include perseverance, responsiveness to clients, appreciation for detail, and availability to work outside of typical business hours when necessary to meet deadlines. Should have portable business. Remote candidates licensed to practice in states other than VA and NC will also be considered.
