ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local operations teams, product managers, researchers, content designers, and engineers to make high-level strategic decisions and execute impactful creative experiences related to marketing and operations of TikTok LIVE in the US and Latin/BR region.Project Management: Lead daily operations and large-scale projects from inception to completion, manage uncertainty, and ensure quality delivery. Oversee and review designs from outsourced vendors.Design Leadership: Maintain oversight of design quality, establish standards, and ensure efficient project completion. Solid knowledge and experience of branding, online and offline promotion campaigns, H5, physical swag etc.Design Strategy: Develop a design strategy based on an understanding of the industry and business needs, align with leadership, stakeholders, and the team, and implement it effectively.Mentorship and Team Development: Manage talent acquisition and development, provide constructive feedback, and promote both project improvement and career growth.Culture and Recruitment: Foster a workplace culture that reflects TikTok’s values, recruit exceptional talent, and inspire creativity and joy in a global team.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.Proven track record with creative, design, and operational projects, demonstrated by a portfolio of successful operational design projects.Over 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.Proficiency in English, and if also fluency in Spanish is preferred.Open-minded, self-motivated, receptive to feedback, and patient.Knowledgeable and sensitive to new technologies, such as AIGC.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
