It’s now time to unlock the potential of that engine by building SaaS applications that leverage the vision engine to transform the logistics industry.Terminal is seeking a seasoned service delivery professional to spearhead and shape our emerging Delivery team function. As the Head of Delivery, you will lead the team responsible for surveying, installing, and commissioning customer sites, and will ensure continued customer success with Terminal's product's post-installation.The Head of Delivery will be responsible for building and managing the following functions within Terminal:Site Survey

Site Installation

End-user training

Front-line support

Maintenance and replacement of failed hardware

Responsibilities:Design the process and procedures for site surveys, installation and maintenance. Ensuring procedures are efficient and intuitive for site installation staff, and future 3rd-party installers.

Develop relationships with, and negotiate solutions to installation issues with customers' front-line staff at individual yards.

Manage a team to develop training materials for front-line product users and interface with the Applications team

to ensure training materials are kept up to date as software is improved.

Remain familiar with the principles of front-line user support, while managing a team to deliver this function to customers.

Evaluate and disambiguate site survey information received from customer networks, and communicate the requirements and behavior of Terminal product to customers' on-site IT and security teams.

Set schedules and regularly meet deadlines.

Requirements:A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Systems Integrator in a video or video analytics capacity.

Strong understanding of physical engineering and installation principles to appropriately install Terminal product on customer sites in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Proven understanding of computer networking.

Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems for user support.
