General Summary:

This is a new role supporting all Qualcomm IE-IOT ecosystem partners. Qualcomm is seeking an experienced Channel/Ecosystem Leader.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute scaling strategy for Qualcomm IE-IoT ecosystem in NA

Manage and own business for NA scaling partners (module OEM, ODM, etc.) and support inbound partners from other Regions

Help implement and manage new partner plan across all N.A. ecosystem partners

Manage all sell-in activities, driving all sales-related activities

Facilitate roadmap alignment to IE-IOT product portfolio

Help drive vertical market targeting for each partner

Manage co-marketing activities for all partners

Help coordinate joint participation in key NA embedded compute events

Manage and coordinate for all IE-IOT partner selling activity to OEMs in North America

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.

OR Associate's degree and 14+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.

OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 16+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.

This position can be office-based out of Qualcomm's San Diego, CA or Bay Area office locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in business or technology preferred

5+ years of industry experience in the networking/connected devices markets.

Experience executing against both short-term deliverables and long-term strategic initiatives

Demonstrated strategic thinking including ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis, and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience

Strong negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and partners

Strong written communication skills (especially executive presentations)

Self-driven and motivated with strong persuasive skills

Pay range:

$216,000.00 - $324,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
