We are seeking experienced food service professionals to support our current and future growth needs as
General Manager .
Reports to:
Regional/District Manager
Position Summary : As a General Manager, you plan and direct all restaurant operations. You maintain high standards of food quality, guest service and satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staffing in a clean and safe restaurant. You ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Talent Excellence
Build and Manage Talent
Recruits and hires talent who are brand right, a fit to our culture and the position
Retains top-talent
Effectively on-boards newly hired talent and ensures thorough training by utilizing current training tools and process
Measures and rewards performance and plans for succession
Coach and Develop
Provides continuous feedback and coaching to managers and crewmembers
Oversees and manages the disciplinary action process for underperforming crew
Engage and Inspire
Creates a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and empowerment
Leads with integrity and delivers on commitments
Results Excellence
Manages Execution
Schedules and allocates labor across the restaurant/stations
Oversees inventory, ordering, and cash management
Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws
Focus on Guests
Consistently searches for ways to improve guest service
Empowers the crew to say YES to the guest
Thinking Excellence
Employs Financial Acumen
Understands the meanings of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Knows the trade area and understands competitors' strengths and weaknesses
Make Sound Decisions
Defines the issue(s), identifies root causes and ties decisions to strategy
Qualifications
Must have at least 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience with two years as a General Manager
Must have strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
Must have strong Communication skills
Must have strong business acumen
Must have experience and knowledge of both front of the house and back of the house operations
Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
