The Senior Vice President, Sales & Education will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the sales and education teams, and continuously advancing the brand through sales strategy. This position will oversee all sell in and sell out functions for all US Wholesale channels and will lead the education team to provide cohesive support for the sales channels. This role will be key in building strong relationships with our retail partners to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.

What You’ll Do:

Provide overall leadership and management for sales and education teamsDrive the strategy and alignment of sales and education that will accelerate brand recognition and salesEstablish and maintain productive partnerships with retailers and management and internal stakeholdersCreate and communicate clear action plans to optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities for all channels of distributionIn partnership with internal leaders, develop and implement systems and procedures that ensure the management and negotiation of inventory levels for brandsQualifications:

Proven track record in brand and account management (retail/beauty preferred)Strong strategic vision and creative skills balanced by a highly analytical, hands-on and detail-oriented approachDemonstrated experience identifying multiple business-driving strategiesAdept at managing multi-faceted promotional and new product introduction calendars as well as account inventory planning and sales analysisAbility to significantly impact retail sales by assessing business opportunities, creating product ideas, developing marketing strategies, and following through to impeccable executionDemonstrated team player who has the influencing and negotiating skills to positively affect and implement decisions across the organizationExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills both verbal and writtenWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPointExperience managing P&L/budgetsSchedule:

Hybrid - requires onsite presence weeklyThe target salary range for this position is $275,000-$325,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
