Base Salary Range: $150K – $170K • Offers Equity

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. About the role:

On the People team, we aim to build relationships, programs, practices and partnership that will enable our mission, leaders, and Cladiators to thrive at Ironclad.

As the Senior People Operations Manager in San Francisco, you’ll be partnering across the People team and other G&A functions to ensure that our systems and ways of work are supporting the needs of our stakeholders. From overseeing our People tech stack to surfacing data needs and insights across the employee lifecycle, you will be a key resource within the G&A function to help continue to build out Ironclad’s foundational infrastructure as we tackle the next stage of growth domestically and internationally.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate across the People team and IT to optimize and enhance our existing tech stack to support continued growth and efficiency.

Build processes and documentation to facilitate decision-making and tracking while adhering to our existing policies and procedures.

Partner across the business and with the recruiting team to support immigration needs in the hiring process and manage ongoing immigration cases in conjunction with our immigration counsel.

Participate in Cladiator support channels while collaborating with other internal service organizations to enhance the support model and monitor key support metrics.

Oversee and maintain relationships with international PEO to enable international expansion in a thoughtful and strategic manner.

Run analyses leveraging People data to drive insights/inform decision making at both the company level and department level, partnering with People Business Partners and People Programs.

Partner closely with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence to provide the supporting People data for broader team analyses and projects.

Drive and participate in compliance audits and filings, partnering closely with the broader People Operations team.

Track and report against team and department level goals and deliverables, supporting metrics and progress readouts.

Requirements:

Experience working across mid-market People tech solutions, such as BambooHR, Paylocity, Lattice, etc.

Customer support mindset with the ability to manage high pressure/emotional situations while maintaining empathy and professionalism.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Excel and/or G-Sheets to drive insights and support the business in making informed decisions.

Understanding of compliance requirements across People-related fields, such as PII, compensation, leaves of absence, etc. and the ability to research and follow changes in the compliance landscape.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Demonstrated experience partnering across departments and teams on roadmap planning & execution; ability to identify priorities, multi-task, meet deadlines and change course quickly.

4-6 years of experience in the People Operations space.
