This role is based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco.

LinkedIn’s Corporate Development team partners closely with cross-functional leaders to drive corporate and strategic initiatives, analyze market activity and competitive dynamics, and source, evaluate, execute and integrate M&A and strategic partnership opportunities. The responsibilities of the Manager include delivering strategic projects, landscape insights, strategic finance projects, M&A analysis, and scenario evaluations to inform LinkedIn’s most important business decisions. The right candidate has proven skills in financial modeling and strategic assessment/diligence, along with the curiosity and critical thinking needed to identify important factors that may never fit on a spreadsheet. In addition, the Manager must possess an ability to work directly with senior executives on company-critical projects.

Responsibilities:Develop strong knowledge of our competitive ecosystem and deliver insightful analyses of market opportunities to inform our M&A strategySupport acquisitions by playing a quarterback role across all elements of the deal including defining acquisition rationale, valuation modeling, due diligence, deal negotiations, etc. This includes coordinating a multitude of internal teams across various stages of the processManage post-acquisition integration by ensuring that cross-functional teams are all executing on their respective M&A integration plansDrive strategy projects end to end working closely with cross-functional partnersAssist in building relationships with key players in the industry (e.g., VCs, founders, investment bankers, etc.)Assist the team in building world-class best practices and infrastructure to keep us running smoothlyBuild effective relationships with colleagues from across the organizationCommitment to a minimum of two in-office days per week, depending on opportunities for team collaborationQualifications

Pay Transparency Policy StatementAs a federal contractor, LinkedIn follows the Pay Transparency and non-discrimination provisions. The pay range for this role is $138,000 to $225,000.
