What you’ll be doing:

Product Strategy : Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the product vision, north star and business objectives. Assess customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and drive innovation.

Customer Focus:

Champion a customer-centric approach. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and use cases through customer interviews, market research and data analysis. Use customer insights to drive product innovation and deliver solutions that surprise and delight.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Own entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Help define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and drive execution. Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and enhance product offerings over time.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a liaison between product management, executive leadership, and other functional areas of the organization. Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments. Use market intelligence to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate potential risks.

What you bring to the table:

7+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of driving successful product initiatives.

Ability to take an ambiguous problem, create a product strategy, an accompanying product roadmap, prioritize features and deliver against it.

A strong portfolio of shipped products that blend an unambiguous focus on customer needs with operational realities and platform capabilities.

Demonstrated success using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to identify highest-impact opportunities.

Exceptional interpersonal skills; adept at engaging individuals across all levels professionally and at all altitudes.

Compelling communication skills – success as a storyteller with strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Executive presence, with abilities to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders/sponsors.

Experience using human-centered design as a product framework.

The expected annual salary for this role is between $118,795.00 - $207,920.00, dependent upon each candidate’s unique experience and qualifications.
