We strive for execution excellence while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives.THE ROLE:As the Chief of Staff for the AI Silicon Group, you will be instrumental in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include organizing and tracking meetings, managing documentation, facilitating communication, and supporting hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of driving cross-functional collaboration.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure readiness for quarterly goals, conduct monthly reviews, and track team progress.Assist in driving the creation and maintenance of documentation.Manage Roadmap and Technology discussion forums.Ensure materials are ready for weekly forums, capture notes, and drive action items.Manage and organize Weekly Staff Meetings.Prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.Track open requisitions, assist in writing job descriptions, and facilitate hiring processes.Monitor team deliverables and coordinate to ensure timely completion. Develop content as necessary.Oversee team structure and collaboration, monitoring and reporting on overall group health.Work with leaders to build and manage budgets for operational expenses.Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments and organizations.Build and develop strategic relationships with external partners.Hiring Support and organize learning and development of the team.Maintain a tracker for upcoming meetings, internal and external, and ensure material and data are ready for that meeting.Document meeting minutes, learnings, next steps, and track action items.Help coordinate Status Reporting to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Experience in a Chief of Staff, Project Management, Operations leader, or similar role, preferably within the technology sector.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and threads simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent and 14+ years of relevant work experience.LOCATION:San Jose, CA
