We have an immediate need for an experienced Director of Information Security in GA. Competitive compensation (plus Bonus) will be provided and will depend on level of experience. Excellent benefits package and relocation assistance will be offered if selected.
Target Skills and Experience:
10+ years of relevant IT Security experience in key technical security and leadership roles with emphasis in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Data Governance.
Multiple years of experience at the IT Security Director level effectively leading IT Managers and Team Leads.
Strong experience developing an information security vision and strategy that is aligned to organizational priorities and enables and facilitates the organization's business objectives, and ensures senior stakeholder buy-in and mandate.
Expertise in leading the strategic alignment for Third-Party Risk Management organization-wide to assess, educate, mitigate and reduce risk throughout the organization.
Strong ability to facilitate an information security governance structure through the implementation of a hierarchical governance program, including the formation of an information security steering committee or advisory board.
Strong ability to engage IT and Business leaders and build relationships across the enterprise to support the development and coordination of approval and implementation of security policies to successfully manage a unified and flexible, risk-based control framework to integrate and normalize a wide variety of requirements resulting from global laws, standards and regulations.
Experience managing operational and capital budgets for the information security function, monitoring and reporting on opportunities and discrepancies.
Strong experience assisting in the formulation of strategic planning for both short- and long-term activities.
Strong experience serving as the focal point of contact for the information security team ITS organization in continual alignment with the CTO and CIO.
Healthcare industry experience highly preferred (ideally with strong knowledge of Healthcare standards and compliance associated with information security and data sensitivity).
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or other similar credentials.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
