Plan, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of business organization in accordance with divisional leadership directives and corporate initiatives by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The individual must be able to maintain confidentiality and have good judgment. A pleasant professional image is always expected. Candidate will be expected to exhibit high ethical standards and promote the same within the company. Acts as liaison between department managements/subordinate levels, as well as executive/department manager levels to inform personnel of communications, decisions, policies and all matters that affect their performance, attitudes and results. TT Electronics is set up in a matrix organization, communicating, and collaborating with peers across the organization is required.Assists senior staff members in the development and formulation of long and short-range planning, policies, programs, and objectives.Plan, develop, & implement a strategy for all operations to meet organizational performance plans within agreed budgets & timescales.Develops the supply chain strategy, material planning process and production planning methodologies to create an environment of optimized inventories and costs.Act as the executive sponsor representing all aspects of operations in the delivery of best-in-class service to our customers.Support SIOP process to improve strategic planning of inventory, utilization of factory resources, and drive integrated executive alignment to improve customer satisfaction, market share, and profit.Achieves optimum employee levels with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan.Formulates and recommends manufacturing policies and programs based upon LEAN principles that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.Drives a culture of positive employee engagement and performs all HR related activities for direct reports.Initiates and coordinates major projects (e.g., plant layout changes, installation of capital equipment, major repairs, etc.).Develop Low Cost manufacturing process for key product line (Automation).Other duties as required and/or assigned.Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or related field.Ability to think strategically, understand complex business/financial data, and develop operational plans and organizational structures.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Must possess a working knowledge of business finance and ability to link financial outcomes with operational actions and business strategy.Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate progressive change.Five or more years of related experience, preferably in Medical Device manufacturing.This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee.The ability to build, & lead but also to operate as part of high performing teams.Ability to build excellent customer and internal relationships.Ability to provide role modeling to organization in line with TT core values and behaviors.Demonstrated ability to performance manage both Operations and Supplier based KPI’s.Demonstrated ability to push hard and affect change in a fast-paced, dynamic, growth focused organization while maintaining a positive approach with peers, subordinates, and customers.Ability to collect data, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
