Warehouse associates work as a team or independently to provide receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment services. This position will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.Duties and Responsibilities:May operate some warehouse equipment: sit down forklift, order picker, reach truck, pallet jack, radio frequency scanner, etc.Loads and unloads all incoming/outgoing freight from common carriers, delivery trucks, etc.Ability to pick, pack, and ship orders per customer requirementsEnsures compliance with all documentation required for ordersNotates damage and piece countsVerifies receipts against purchase ordersAssists in physical inventoriesEnsures product is stocked and stored in correct locationsKeeps work area clean at all timesAll other duties as assignedTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Working Conditions:Primarily working indoors, in a non-climate-controlled environment.May stand for several hours at a time.This is a full time 1st shift position with standard operating hours of 6am-2pm Monday through Friday. Extended overtime hours during the week and occasional Saturdays will be required.This position starts at $18 per hour, with a salaried range of $18 to $24 per hour.Qualifications:Work Experience : Previous warehouse experienceEducation:

Maintain clean and organized workspace; ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.Cross-functional skills:

Basic knowledge of all department functions with ability to solve problems and troubleshoot processes within other departments.Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate within a team setting; ability to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor; ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.Physical, Mental and Visual Skills:

Ability to talk, hear as well as use fine finger dexterity for keyboard and phone; ability to speak and understand clear English; ability to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; ability to repetitively lift and/or move 40-50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 70-100 pounds with or without accommodations; ability to use close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to work on an order picker platform at various heights up to 24.Physical Environment:

Fast-paced warehouse environment with ability to operate heavy machinery, i.e., forklifts, hand jacks and cherry pickers, etc.Preferred Requirements:Work Experience:
