Job Description :

The Project Specialist will support the coordination of special freight handling for oversized and heavy loads, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries. You will be responsible for managing air and ocean freight, both import and export, with a focus on meeting customer deadlines and maintaining accurate shipment records.

Key Responsibilities :Communicate daily with clients and subcontractors regarding shipment statusUpdate shipment ETAs and provide visibility to customersTroubleshoot and resolve shipment issues with customersEnsure timely submission of import/export documentationMonitor project budgets and manage cost variationsApprove subcontractor invoices and handle client invoicingManage logistics tasks using Cargowise and other systemsQualifications :

1-2 years of experience in freight forwardingExperience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain industriesProficiency in MS Office and CargowiseAir export experience is a strong plusStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitudePerks :
