What You’ll Do
Inspire and Lead:
Manage and motivate a team of Strategic Account Executives (SAEs) to exceed revenue targets and drive meaningful growth within key business verticals.
Strategic Vision:
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the needs of our top clients, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
Client Partnership:
Cultivate and deepen relationships with our largest advertising accounts, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their unique business challenges and goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with sales managers, directors, and leadership across the organization to leverage collective strengths and drive integrated solutions.
Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends, optimize performance, and proactively address challenges to achieve continuous growth.

7-10 years of sales management experience with a history of surpassing revenue goals and leading high-performance teams.

The reasonable estimate is between $215,000 and $230,000. Please note this information is specific to those hired in San Francisco.
