Whitemore James Black is presently assisting the San Francisco office of a global law firm on their search for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role provides pivotal guidance to the San Francisco office in addition to 4 international offices. This role is hybrid-remote (2 days in office, 3 remote) and is offering a base salary of up to $220K. A full comprehensive benefits package is available for this role.The Human Resources Business Partner will regularly meet with C-Level executives and director-level internal clients to provide pivotal insights into fostering a positive and productive working environment. Sample duties include:Managing staff evaluations and working with managers to develop key business goals and objectives.Assist in making decisions pertaining to compensation.Work with the recruiting team on open position requirements, how the role fits in the organization, and any unique considerations.Collaborate with the Employee Relations team to advise on complex employment issues.Investigate HR issues to create and implement strategies to address them.Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of prior HR experience is required. Law firm experience is strongly preferred.
