By leveraging Databricks Assistant, we want to deliver a productive, unified AI-powered experience across Notebooks and the SQL Editor. Databricks Assistant is the fastest growing product at Databricks. Customers are using it every day to write code, generate queries, diagnose jobs, and create visualizations. We need a talented Product Manager to help us continue building features our customers love.This role is ideal for someone who has a strong passion for designing next-gen UI/UX in a technical domain (i.e., your demos will be writing code and SQL queries). We have big plans for leveraging AI to make data exploration easier, and we’d love to have you help us shape that future.The impact you will have:You will drive the product vision and roadmap for the Databricks Assistant, a context-aware AI assistant that’s integrated into Databricks Notebooks, SQL Editor, and Dashboard tools.Explore bold new ways for generative AI and conversational assistants to enhance the developer experience of Databricks.You will act as the voice of the customer, integrating user feedback to build developer experience improvements to Databricks authoring surfaces.You will grow end-user engagement with Databricks developer tools working closely with sales and customer success teams.What we look for:5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on platform productsExperience building developer-facing products (tools, frameworks, SDKs) with tens or hundreds of thousands of usersExperience programming in Python or SQLExperience with data and AI technologies and practices such as SQL, MLOps, and generative AIExperience being a hands-on builder, must be comfortable using our own developer-facing productsPassion for designing products that simplify user experience of technically complex products.Pay Range TransparencyZone 1 Pay Range: $115,400 — $204,200 USDAbout DatabricksDatabricks is the data and AI company.
