Territory Director of Business Development - Mitigation

Purpose : The Territory Director of Business Development for Mitigation is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the multifamily, HOA, senior living, student housing, hospitality, and industrial/commercial industries throughout the mitigation footprint resulting in bid opportunities for local markets.
Essential Job Responsibilities* :
Develops and maintains relationships with key customers through targeted marketing campaigns.
Develops presentations for key customers including other Ci personnel as part of those presentations when appropriate.
Represents Ci Mitigation in national and regional trade shows and events focused on multi-family properties, HOA, and other targeted market segments.
Works collaboratively with Vice President of Sales, Director of Operations and/or other Territory Directors of Business Development to develop marketing strategies and materials that will positively promote Ci mitigation services and enhance brand identity.
Creates and updates sales opportunity information by utilizing the standard operating procedure developed by Ci Leadership.
Works collaboratively with the Director of Operations and General Managers in local markets to develop market specific strategies and budgets.
Responsible to track and operate within assigned budget for lead generation, customer relations, event sponsorship/participation, marketing materials, and advertising for assigned territories.
Builds trust and teamwork between the various roles in operations throughout Ci and the key customers as defined.
Collaborates with Account Managers and Project Managers to provide generated lead information and ensures a smooth transition of customer experience.
Ensures that leads/opportunities meet KPI goals as defined by Ci Leadership.
Plays an integral role in the project handoff meetings in conjunction with the mitigation team.
Provides superior customer service both internally and externally.
Performs additional duties as needed and as assigned by supervisor and/or management.
Qualifications :
Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years’ experience in a similar position.
Ability to travel, to include overnight, is required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upwardly to top management.
Ability to effectively collaborate with teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage multiple initiatives.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required.
Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
Work schedule flexibility, with or without notice, to accommodate the needs of the business.

Pay : $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
