Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our company as the CEO/President. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, financial management, strategic planning, business development, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead the company in setting and achieving strategic goals and objectives.
Oversee all aspects of the organization's operations and business activities.
Develop and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
Directly manage senior leadership team members.
Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
Build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and other industry leaders.
Experience:
Proven experience as a CEO, President, or in a similar executive leadership role.
Strong background in financial management, business development, and strategic planning.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Excellent supervisory skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; MBA preferred.
