We are looking for an experienced
Head of Revenue
to spearhead go-to-market and drive adoption of ART19 by enterprise publishers and independent podcasters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building high-performing sales teams, developing and executing against media and/or technology sales and retention strategies, and identifying, pursuing, and closing business technology partnerships. You are an analytical, data-driven thinker with marketing acumen who also has some comfort with content strategy and product development. You write and communicate effectively, can collaborate across teams, and represent the business both internally and externally.
Key job responsibilities
Drive the development and execution of our business and go-to-market strategy.Own our advertising value proposition, continuously looking for ways to deliver more revenue to publishers.Own our customer and supply growth targets.Track key SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, and churn.Track key ad metrics such as Capacity, CPM and STR.Work closely with Product as an advocate for our customers, ensuring we continue to innovate and deliver a best-in-class product.Work closely with Marketing to develop compelling marketing campaigns.Advise on brand messaging and positioning.Work closely with our Business Intelligence team to craft reporting and analysis to evaluate business performance. Make data-driven decisions to optimize the business.Own the business portion of our Quarterly Business Review and long-term planning documents.Represent ART19 externally at industry events and advocate for the business internally with stakeholder groups and leadership across Amazon divisions.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of team management experience7+ years of business development experience, or 5+ years and an MBAExperience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience owning and executing against sales strategies that drive growthExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardizationStrong writing skills8+ years of relevant leadership experienceSaaS sales experienceMedia industry experienceExpertise in content strategy and/or marketingPassion for podcasting and the media industry in general with an understanding of emerging trends and innovations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $174,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
