Within Seller Fees, this Sr. PMT will own science-first products to inform Fee setting and Fee Integrity efforts. For Fee setting, this role will work closely with Optimization and Causal Science teams and Fee Strategy team to ensure Fee setting decisions are made with the right science inputs on expected downstream impact of these fees. For Fee Integrity, this role will work closely with Machine Learning Science team and other stakeholders across multiple VP organizations to ensure we build the right science solutions to charge Fees as accurately as possible, at Amazon scale.

Key job responsibilities

Manage and execute large projects from start to finish including customer problem discovery, data gathering and analysis, designing creative solutions, defining product requirements and managing technical execution.Engage with science, engineering, and business stakeholders and customers throughout the entire product lifecycle.Manage prioritization and trade-offs among competing high value opportunities.Contribute to roadmap and OP2 planning.Own leadership review documents including PRFAQs, vision documents, monthly or quarterly business reviews.

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Experience managing technical products or online services- Excellent written and verbal communicationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
