This position will report to the Director, Advanced Analytics & Insights.The Associate Director, Commercial Analytics & Insights will lead all aspects of analytics and proactive insights in support of VYVGART and VYVGART HYTRULO in the US and Globally. This role partners closely with the Director of Advanced Analytics & Insights and key internal commercial leadership team (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Patient Support) and external cross-functional partners to plan and implement commercial analytical projects that support ongoing commercialization strategy and new product launches. This is an exciting time to join an enthusiastic, innovative, growing team to support a successful first commercial product and upcoming launches. We are looking for a strategic insights and analytics leader who excels in fast-paced environment and delivering actionable and forward-thinking strategies with advanced analytical skills, who is willing to embrace argenx cultural pillars (Innovation, Co-Creation, Empowerment, Excellence, and Humility) by delivering innovative life-changing medicines to people living with rare diseases.Roles and Responsibilities:Proactively leverage various available data sources and data analytical tools to monitor brand performance from different aspects and propose data-driven solutions to enhance decision-making and meet business needs and deadlines.Perform ongoing and ad-hoc marketing analytics to identify market landscape, patient journey, customer needs, HCP segmentation, growth opportunities to develop prioritization of investment, maximize portfolio assets for current product, and support new indication and product launches.Partner closely with commercial insights and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated insights and actionable recommendations can be delivered to senior leadership team to achieve business objectives.Contribute to an innovative culture that strives for out-of-the-box thinking and creative approaches on analytical solutions beyond traditional models in the area of data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning methods, algorithms/model development, validation and tools to drive impactful business decisions.Collaborate with Global and US Teams to develop new product launch strategy and life cycle management plan in rare disease market.Partner with Finance and Director of Commercial Analytics & Insights to manage the department budget including vendor agreements and contracts.Skills and Competencies:Strategic and collaborative partnership within a matrix organization.Hands-on experience in application of advanced analytics and statistical methods on large and disparate datasets preferably in the context of omnichannel marketing, specifically in statistical analysis, modelling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights and communicate critical analytical insights, timely reports, and presentations to cross-functional stakeholders.Strong communication and influencing skills with proven ability to develop and effectively present succinct insights, business implications, and action plans.Adaptive and motivated to execute efficiently.Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.Education, Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree is required, in STEM is preferred; Master’s or MBA Degree in quantitative subject (Stats, Engineering, Mathematics, science or economics) is preferred.7+ years of experience in commercial analytics with at least 5 years in data analytics/metrics within the biopharmaceutical industry is required.Exceptional communication and influencing skills, adept at translating complex analytical results into compelling business stories and interacting with a diverse group of people, all levels of management, including senior leadership.Hands-on experience and proficiency with analytical & visualization tools (Python and R preferred; SQL, SAS, Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx, PowerBI, etc.).Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA or Symphony claims, specialty pharmacy data, and Syndicated data sources); Deep understanding across various pharmaceutical data facets/processes, including data creation and acquisition, management, governance, data quality, integration, visualization and statistical modelling.Demonstrated commercial analytics experience with advanced quantitative methods (e.g., segmentation, performance tracking, predictive modelling).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to manage and organize multiple projects and work streams simultaneously.#LI-HybridAt argenx, all applicants are welcomed in an inclusive environment.
