About the Role:As a CBRE Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or high-profile client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do:

Furniture procurement: Collaborating with clients and suppliers to select and purchase furniture that meets the client's requirements, budget, and design aesthetics.

Space planning and design: Working closely with clients and design teams to develop furniture layouts that optimize the use of available space.

Inventory management: Developing and implementing processes and systems to track and manage furniture inventory.

Maintenance and repairs: Coordinating furniture maintenance and repair activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Stakeholder communication: Acting as a point of contact and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Budgeting and cost control: Developing and managing furniture budgets, tracking expenses, and providing cost estimates for furniture projects.

Sustainability and environmental considerations: Promoting sustainable furniture practices by recommending eco-friendly options.

Research and innovation: Staying informed about the latest furniture trends and technologies to guide decision-making.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study.

Minimum six years of related experience and/or training.

Prior experience in a supervisory position required if specific duties include direct report responsibilities.

PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Facility Management or Project Management knowledge of space utilization, asset management, and building codes.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.
