HOW A BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Provides full scope administrative assistance to SES-level led office
Prepares correspondence for senior executives including official memos, personnel packages, and end of tour submissions
Manages calendars and implements proper protocol for senior executives
Track tasks to completion using Correspondence and Task Management System and internal office tickler
Manages Classified Information and assists in implementing security SOP and internal control execution and classified material handling as the office security manager
Provides support to facilitate classified meetings including sending/receiving security clearance information
Assists with Joint World Wide Intelligence Communications Systems (JWICS) account management
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science
Required Experience: 8-10 years of related experience
Required Technical Skills:
Experience using an internal office tracking system and experience sending and receiving personnel security clearance information to support classified meetings
Proficiency in executive level protocols, knowledge of Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) correspondence procedures, and knowledge of the structure and missions of the OSD and the Components
Experience with security facility administration
Experience assisting with SCI facilities support and JWICS account
High level of proficiency of the English language, both written and oral
Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Security Clearance Level: Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI
Preferred Skills: Proficiency with online administrative tracking programs, particularly the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)
Location: Customer Site (Falls Church, VA)

The likely salary range for this position is $76,690 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
