Our cybersecurity engineers and cloud architects are highly proficient in FedRAMP, FISMA/RMF, and CMMC compliance frameworks on cloud platforms like AWS, Google, and Microsoft Azure.We are looking for a hands-on engagement manager with cloud administration, vulnerability management, and project management experience to join our delivery team of cloud, security, and compliance experts. This role requires experience with ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of cloud-based applications and systems.Responsibilities/Duties:Service Delivery Management : Ensure the delivery and performance of cloud operations and security services including migrations, implementing landing zones, and performing continuous monitoring & cloud operations based on FedRAMP, FISMA, and CMMC requirements.Scope, SLA, and Customer Management : Ensure the delivery of services within the terms of the Statement of Work and implement change tracking for out of scope or new work efforts, manage customer requirements and expectations within project constraints. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Security and Compliance : Understand critical security and compliance requirements with regard to CIS benchmarks, DISA STIG’s, and vulnerability remediation as reported by security tools such as OpenSCAP, Tenable Nessus, Anchore, Twistlock, amongst others. Provide security operations support including response to anomalous events, blocking malicious traffic, and automating response.Technical Support and Troubleshooting : Assist with the delivery of system reliability and uptime issues by providing technical support, responding to events, and enabling troubleshooting by reviewing logs, collecting data, and analyzing the service components at the network, compute, application, and user layers.Team Leadership, Mentoring, and Skill Development : Assist team members with resolving technical issues, provide coaching assistance, and serve as the technical go-to person for the larger cloud operations team.Documentation : Demonstrate the ability to create diagrams and support documentation for FedRAMP, FISMA, and CMMC projects including network diagrams, dataflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.Engagement Management : Manage and report critical performance metrics including resource utilization, project budget burn down, and license management as well as creating change orders and SOW updates.Business Management : Manage the profit & loss of cloud operations, drive cost optimizations, enable account growth opportunities, and support the business growth, profitability, and retention targets of the company.Requirements:Responsible for P&L management of the cloud operations business unit.Customer retention and growth.Hands-on cloud architecture, security, and delivery experience.Ability to actively communicate, interact, and solve critical customer problems.Ability to think and act strategically and proactively.Demonstrated experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services delivery with an understanding of key AWS, Azure, and GCP services and associated compliance.Ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision.Must have experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Splunk, Tenable Nessus, TrendMicro, Anchore, Twistlock.Experience with Kubernetes is highly desirable.Will report to the Chief Delivery Officer. Work location is DMV Metro Area with the ability to commute to the office in NoVA (Reston) for meetings and all-hands.
