Head of Mergers & Acquisitions , you will lead the identification of inorganic growth opportunities for Endeavour, and lead the execution of M&A opportunities and delivery of key projects to support Endeavour’s Corporate Development strategy.Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:Continue to develop the corporate development strategic framework and execute a portfolio of M&A initiatives to support that strategyIdentify key inorganic growth opportunities aligned with our corporate development strategyLead execution of M&A projects within Endeavour, bringing together cross-functional teams across the business to deliver these projectsDevelop communication materials for the Executive Leadership Team and BoardProvide strategic thought leadership to EGL leadership teams including monitoring of external trends/innovationsManage relationships with a large number of key stakeholders including: ELT members, Senior Leaders, Strategy teamsQualifications
