With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced systems, allowing partners to sign in, grab an offer for a time, check out a map of the location, and more.The Worldwide Flex DP Experience team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Flex DP Experience to join us and lead the team which will help us answer questions, like: How do you improve the experience of hundreds of thousands DPs through product, and program interventions? What innovative products, and strategies will help solve their pain points? How to substantiate those pain-points through in-depth dive deep and secure leadership alignment. This role will require working with program, and tech teams across the world to define, prioritize and deliver key enhancements to our existing processes, and products. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities.Key job responsibilities:Manage a team of program managers to identify and implement projects, features, processes and systems that improve Flex DP Experience.Write business and technical requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business and development teams.Establish the business goals and supporting business metrics and indicators for success.Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for service and business improvement along the key operations' metrics.Own the operational performance and all metrics/KPIs for DP satisfaction with other teams in Amazon.Own performance, and career development discussions for your direct reports.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
9+ years of program or project management experience4+ years of team management experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy and end to end deliveryExperience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadershipBachelor's degreeExperience managing teams of 6 or moreExperience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
