Overview:
Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of audit reports. Preparation and system entry of journal entries including cage, table games, slots, hotel and food & beverage. Reconciles accounts on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies, and procedures.Responsibilities:
Complete daily audits assigned in accordance with regulations and company policy/guidelines.Assist co-workers in completion of daily audits as needed.Additional audit tasks as needed.Investigate and resolve accounting variations.Preparing and entering daily, monthly and quarterly journal entries.Record business transactions.Monthly verification of proper accounting of revenue.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Some college courses in accounting or in a related field is preferred.Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.Beginner / Intermediate personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.Ability to operate a 10 key calculator by touch or sight.Attention to detail.Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.Strong mathematical and communication skills.Critical thinking.On the job training provided.Must be able to obtain Nevada gaming card.Minimum age requirement is 21.What we offer you:
