Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about B2B marketing and has a strong understanding of the industrial equipment sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple companies.

You will lead and manage a global team of digital marketers, content creators, SEO specialists, and developers. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will also provide technical direction when necessary, ensuring that all marketing campaigns and initiatives are aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

Create and implement digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility for all companies within the group.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a global team of marketing professionals. Ensure effective collaboration, communication, and project management across different time zones.

Technical Direction:

Provide guidance on technical aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, website optimization, analytics, and more.

Campaign Management:

Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising).

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Content Strategy:

Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences and supports our SEO and lead generation goals.

Brand Management:

Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms and marketing materials.

Budget Management:

Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-impact activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in B2B marketing and industrial equipment is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).

Leadership:

Proven experience managing and leading remote teams. Ability to motivate and develop team members across different locations.

Analytical Mindset:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
