Candidate must have very strong written/verbal communication skills; possess a positive, motivated and proactive mindset; work well both independently and within a team environment; and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Qualified candidates must possess strong leadership qualities while working with different departments within the agency.What You’ll Be Working OnCoordination, execution and maintenance of automotive projectsParticipating in client meetings and conference calls, understanding client’s strategic needs and business objectives, working with the team to develop tactical recommendations, writing creative briefs, facilitating client creative reviews, and reviewing monthly tracking reports.Position requires working closely with account management, digital production, creative production teams (technical writing & design) as well as direct client contact. Will work closely with account and production teams to procure assets, create schedules, and manage automotive projects.Individual needs to coordinate several aspects of production, such as: scheduling, copy coordination, photo shoots production assistance, shot list development, updating all parties involved when product changes occur.Must have ability to gather information and do small research projects.This person will be required to communicate project updates to supervisor and other team members who are affected by product content and related projects.Will be asked to work with other agency divisions to make sure project assets are shared and other associates are kept in-the-loop.There will be some client interaction and individual will work closely with account, production and creative on digital formats.How You’ll Excel In Your Role1-3 years of experience.Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and a problem-solver.Able to work both independently and within a team environment.Must have strong communication skills.Must be positive, motivated and proactive.Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once.The semi-monthly salary for this position is $2,708.33, with an annualized equivalent of $65,000.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, at RPA we hire without consideration to race, religion, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, disability, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
